Hosts Their First "Fractional Ownership" Meeting

On
May 12th, Richmor Aviation, Inc. hosted their first Fractional
Ownership meeting at the Richmor Jet Center at the Dutchess
County Airport in Poughkeepsie.
A
group of 11 prospective share holders came together to discuss
the purchase of a brand new Cessna 172 to leaseback to Richmor's
Flight School in Poughkeepsie.
These
prospects showed a great deal of interest, as a matter of
fact conversation early Friday morning gave the idea that
not a great deal of the attendees slept as brand new airplanes
circled their minds in the night.
As
a group there was conversation of the formation of an LLC,
costs, write-offs, types of airplanes, instrument panels,
flight hours, etc. The thoughts were moving throughout while
the excitement was overwhelming.
As
we all said our goodnights, we had 5 "lets move forwards,"
4 that weren't able to attend (but couldn't see from the spread
sheet how they could pass this by) and 3 additional prospects
that want to attend upcoming meetings.
